When you reach the

end of your rope,

tie a knot in it and

hang on.

of the universe you can

be certain of improving,

and that's your own self.

Learn from the past,

set vivid, detailed

goals for the future,

and live in the only

moment of time over

which you have any

control: now.

Be miserable

Or motivate yourself.

Whatever has to be done,

it's always your choice.

Setting goals is the

first step in turning

the invisible into

the visible.

It does not matter how slowly

you go as long as you do not stop
